Tier 2 calculator should be used if you believe that the value of your home is OVER $300K..
* Both calculators use 3% as the Listing Fee/Service Charge (Standard Realtor Charge) as a comparison. Remember, you will never pay more than 2% when Selling Your Home, Your Way

** Be sure to use the correct format when typing in your "Estimated Home Value". This means that there should not be any $, Commas, or Periods. For example, a $335,000 house should be entered as 335000.
